ORDERS

  • Please allow 3 – 7 days for processing orders

  • After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Shipping takes 4-6 business days via UPS with Signature Confirmation.

  • We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. 

  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee. 

PRE- ORDERS & MADE TO ORDER

  • Pre-order items require 100% deposit to reserve your item. Shipping date is noted in the item description and may be subject to change. Items will be shipped out upon availability.

MADE TO MEASURE

  • All sales are final with made to measure and bespoke tailoring services

INTERNATIONAL

  • International shipping starts at $40 via our courier partners. Please note that we are not responsible for additional duties and taxes that you may be charged.

  • Domestic orders over $750 will be shipped with a signature required.

  • Shipping takes 10-14 business days (not including any customs and duties delays).

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept exchanges. 

  • Customer is responsible for customs charges for all international orders.

  • If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you purchase Route Purchase Protection for domestic orders. 

  • We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer refunds for returns at this time.

  • We will happily accept exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase for item exchange or store credit only. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

  • Exclusive/Pre-Order item exchanges are subject to size availability.

  • Sale items and intimates are final sale. 

  • Please note that all returns must be new, unused, and with tags still attached. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes, and original boxes must be placed inside a separate shipping box. All returns will be checked.

  • At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. We recommend repurchasing the item you are interested in, while separately processing a return.
